Mohamed Aboufirass

GENERAL MANAGER

Mohamed Aboufirass holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Agronomic and Veterinary Institute Hassan II, Rabat (Morocco) and a Ph.D. in Water Resources, from the University of California (United States) . Dr. Mohamed Aboufirass has held various positions in the field of studies of water resources, the environment, water management and planning. His professional experience is gained through his responsibilities, both in the administration and at the University (Hassania School of Public Works and Cadi Ayyad University), as well as as a Consultant. Currently, Dr. Aboufirass is director of the RESING research department, of which he is the founder. He is also very involved in non-profit projects for rural development and the environment. Dr. Mohamed Aboufirass is also vice-president of the AIH, in charge of the MENA region.

Abdessamad Hadri

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Abdessamad HADRI holds an engineering degree in mineral engineering from the Mohammedia School of Engineers of Rabat (Morocco). He joined the RESING team in 2010 where he is responsible for the technical direction of the projects. With a good background in the field of expertise and experience acquired through his participation in major projects in the fields of water resources, hydraulic installations and the environment, Mr. Hadri has been appointed to the RESING Technical Department.

Brahim Aachrine

DIVISION « WATER RESOURCES AND HYDRAULIC WORKS »

Brahim AACHRINE holds a diploma of Specialized Master in Rural Engineering from the Agronomic and Veterinary Institute Hassan II, Rabat (Morocco). He joined the RESING team in 2013 where he contributed to studies on water resources development and hydraulic calculations. As part of the new RESING organization, Brahim AACHRINE has been appointed head of the "water resources and hydraulic structures" division.

Aurélie Chancel

DIVISION « ENVIRONMENTAL AND TERRITORIAL DEVELOPMENT »

Aurélie CHANCEL is responsible for the "environment and territorial development" division within RESING, an office she joined in 2007. She holds a postgraduate degree in planning, urban planning and local development, which she has obtained at the Institute of Regional Development of Aix-en-Provence, University of the Mediterranean (France). Her experience and the multidisciplinary nature of her training allowed her to take part, within RESING, as coordinator of projects in the fields of environment and territorial development.

Abdel Ilah Ambri

DIVISION « AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT »

Abdel Ilah AMBRI has been in charge of RESING's agricultural and rural development division since 2010. He holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Agronomic and Veterinary Institute Hassan II, Rabat (Morocco), and from a specialization diploma in irrigation and drainage from the Instituto Agronomico Mediterraneo di Bari (Italy), with 25 years of experience in the field of agricultural development and irrigation. ZOHRA SARROUKHPÔLE "SOCIO-ECONOMY" Zohra SARROUKH holds a Doctorate of State in Political Science from the University of Nancy (France). She is in charge of the "socio-economics" division within RESING where she is responsible for the socio-economic aspects of the studies carried out by RESING. Zohra SARROUKH has extensive experience in the field of conducting socio-economic and demographic surveys as well as in the field of studies of socio-economic and environmental impacts of territorial projects.

DIVISION « SOCIO-ECONOMY »

ZOHRA SARROUKHPÔLE "SOCIO-ECONOMY" Zohra SARROUKH holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Nancy (France). She is in charge of the "socio-economics" division within RESING where she is responsible for the socio-economic aspects of the studies carried out by RESING. Zohra SARROUKH has extensive experience in the field of conducting socio-economic and demographic surveys as well as in the field of studies of socio-economic and environmental impacts of territorial projects.
