This study focused on the technical and economic review of state-funded financial aid applications for localized irrigation, primarily drip irrigation systems promoted under the Agricultural Development Fund. The objective was to ensure that the proposed projects complied with current regulatory requirements while verifying the reliability of technical elements and the relevance of the requested investments.
The work involved a detailed analysis of the submitted files, validating the design of the irrigation systems, their sizing, calculation notes, execution plans, and corresponding cost estimates. This analysis was complemented by a rigorous verification of quantities based on a regionally adapted price reference, to assess the consistency of the costs presented by applicants.
The study also included checking the consistency of topographic data across the various technical and administrative documents, and formulating recommendations to correct or complete files when necessary. Teams also reviewed any modifications requested after initial approval.
The entire process resulted in the production of technical review documents, mission reports, and the preparation of progress reports and observation notes, enabling monitoring of the file processing and ensuring traceability of the decisions made.
