Dr. Mohamed Aboufirass is an agronomist graduated from the Hassan II Agronomic and Veterinary Institute (Rabat, Morocco) and holds a Ph.D. in water resources from the University of California (USA). He has extensive experience in water resources studies, management, and planning, gained in administration, teaching (Hassania School of Public Works, Cadi Ayyad University), and consulting. Founder and Director of the RESING engineering firm, he also participates in nonprofit projects for rural development and environmental protection.

Aurélie Chancel holds a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in Planning, Urbanism, and Local Development from the Institut d’Aménagement Régional d’Aix-en-Provence, and a Master’s in Economic and Social Administration, specializing in Social Development, from the Faculty of Economics and Management of Aix-en-Provence. She joined RESING in 2007 and currently serves as a Project Manager, focusing on environmental and sustainable development projects. She oversees project coordination and operational follow-up, as well as preparing RESING’s submissions to tenders in these fields.

Mr. Ouzine holds an agronomy engineering degree from the Institut Agronomique et Vétérinaire Hassan II, Rabat (1978–1982), and from the École Nationale de Génie Rural et des Eaux et Forêts, Paris (1982–1984). He worked on irrigation network design and implementation in Haouz (1984–1991) and promoted water-saving techniques (1991–2006). From 2007 to 2018, he served as Head of Department for irrigation and drainage management and acted as interim director. Since 2018, he is a rural engineering consultant and technical advisor at RESING.

Hind Benjakik holds a professional bachelor’s degree in Management Control from ESMA Marrakech, in partnership with Sorbonne University Paris XIII. She has been part of the RESING team since 2009 and currently serves as Administrative and Financial Manager. In this role, she oversees the office’s administrative and financial management, prepares public tender and accreditation dossiers, and develops the company’s tax filings.

Mohamed Reda Frik, a State Engineer in Hydrogeology graduated from the École Mohammadia d’Ingénieurs, has extensive experience in hydrogeological project management and technical coordination. After a diverse career in several engineering firms, he currently serves as Technical Manager at RESING, where he oversees projects and leads the preparation of tenders.

Nawfal graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Rabat (ENSMR, formerly ENIM), specializing in Hydro-Geotechnics (Class of 2022). He joined RESING in April 2023 as a Hydrogeologist Engineer, working on hydrogeological and hydrological studies, sustainable water resources management, and supporting the preparation of technical proposals for tenders.

Amine holds an M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of California. He has over 10 years of international experience in engineering, scientific research, and software application development. Currently, he is developing the activities of RESING’s newly created digital department, identifying opportunities for software projects and partnerships, and addressing RESING’s internal IT needs in numerical modeling, GIS, and ERP tools.

Mustapha holds a specialized master’s degree in Geomatics, Georisks, Geomaterials, and Geoenvironment from the Faculty of Sciences Semlaliya Marrakech (2018). He has five years of experience as a GIS specialist in geology, environmental, and agricultural sectors. He joined RESING in 2024, where he is responsible for mapping, creating GIS databases, and analyzing remote sensing data.

Hanane graduated in Environmental and Urban Hydraulic Engineering from the École Hassania des Travaux Publics (2024). She works on technical studies related to hydraulic infrastructures and systems, covering sanitation, drinking water supply, and water resources. At RESING, she also contributes to hydrological studies, data processing and interpretation, and the preparation of technical reports.

Botayna is an agronomist graduated from IAV Hassan II in 2025, specialized in data science applied to agriculture. Since joining RESING the same year, she has mainly worked on studies involving remote sensing, GIS, and agricultural data analysis, as well as agronomic diagnostics, water resources monitoring, and providing technical support to the firm’s projects.

Atif holds a Master’s in Cyber Defense from ENSA Marrakech, obtained in 2025. He completed an internship at AMEE focused on network maintenance and configuration. He joined RESING in 2021, where, as a System Administrator, he manages IT infrastructures, ensures system security, provides user support, and oversees the optimization and protection of the company’s information system.

Fadwa is a specialized technician in hydraulics, graduated from ISTPM in 2024. She completed internships in engineering consultancies and at RADEEMA, then worked six months at BET Nova Ingénierie before joining RESING in 2025. Her responsibilities include VRD studies, mapping, monitoring and processing hydrological and piezometric measurements, as well as drafting structured technical reports.

Solaiman graduated from ISTPM (Institut Spécialisé des Travaux Publics de Marrakech) in 2025. He primarily works on studies related to water resources, monitoring and processing data from hydrological and piezometric measurement campaigns, checking water levels in dams and hydrological stations, conducting surveys on water points, and preparing monthly measurement reports.

Khawla is a specialized technician in Business Management (2018) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management (2023). She worked for two years in an accounting firm and seven months as a technical sales representative in a glass processing company. Since early 2025, she has been serving as Administrative Assistant at RESING, handling project follow-up, filing and invoicing, as well as VAT dossiers.
