Water resources

RESING is an engineering consultancy with recognized expertise in water resources in Morocco. Located in one of the regions of the world most severely affected by water stress (MENA, Sahara, and Sahel), RESING has developed extensive expertise in addressing related challenges.

This expertise includes integrated water resources planning and management, modeling, hydrological and hydrogeological diagnostics, water quality, and water governance.

Our services range from local projects, such as spring development, water potential studies, and site hydrogeological assessments, to regional studies covering entire watersheds, as well as strategic studies for integrated water resources management master plans. In this context, we have carried out planning studies for major basins such as the Souss, the Draa, and the basins of the Moroccan Sahara.

We have also been tasked, within international partnerships, with carrying out integrated water resources management (IWRM) studies for the Haouz-Mejjate and Chichaoua basins, studies led respectively by GIZ (German technical cooperation) and KfW (German financial cooperation).
